After a lifetime of learning and perfecting my skill set, I'm ready to start my own restaurant. I'm being accepted into a program that will allow that to happen but I need two things for it: to purchase smallwares (that I get to keep when I move to my restaurant) and to show two months operating income for start-up. My goal is to raise $75,000 to accomplish that.

For years, I've been urged to open my own place but never thought I had the chops for it so I waited. And waited.

I've come to realize that I do indeed have the food knowledge and skills to do this. I'm ready for it and the time is right.
